can you share the list of your IRA or retirement stocks.. which want to own for long term.. 10 -15 year time frame

I have several IRA accounts ... a traditional IRA,  Roth IRA, and a SEP IRA and I treat them all differently as I have different goals for each account.

The traditional IRA has dividend only stocks and I not an active investor in that account. I do not care if the stock goes up or down. I only care if the company cuts their dividend. IBM TGT NVO RPM GIS BMY WM and AWR are included in that account.

In the Roth-IRA I am more active in that account as it is set up for growth.  The growth stocks in that account include: HOOD DASH BROS HIMS TGTX RBRK TMDX. If a growth stock fails, and I do not believe the story will play out then it will be sold and replaced.

The SEP-IRA is mostly a cash account that is tied to the index. VOO is the largest holding in that account.

The trading account is with a different brokerage and I am much more active with that account and the stocks can change very quickly as I use to swing trade, and the rotation in this market is making me trade often.
