During the day, when is the right time to buy a stock you recommend? Pre-market, after hours, when it opens, right before it closes?

The proper time to buy a stock is when it trades through its pivot point. It does not matter if that is at the open, middle or close of the session. When the pivot point is being triggered then that is the time to buy your stock.

I provide buy/pivot points with all stocks on my ready list. When the stock is going through its pivot point with some volume that is the time to enter a stock.

I will use CRWV as an example. Last weekend we saw this chart at the close of the session. The high from last Friday (Friday June 13) was $154.50. The stock has tremendous momentum and  had formed a rare  high tight flag pattern with a trigger point at the high from Friday June 13 of $154.50.

It traded through its pivot point on Monday morning, and the time to buy was when it crossed above the $154.50 level. It pulled back at first on Monday morning. and then ripped through its pivot point with volume about 60 minutes into the session,. and that was the proper time to buy this stock.

I know some people refer to the first 60-90 minutes as "amateur hour" as we often see reversal from th early morning action. But, history tells me to buy my stocks as they go through their pivot point no matter the time of the session.

I hope this helps!

This is  a great question that I will cover in the weekend review video!

Marty
