I am sorry that my reply is late. This was sent to me by the IT tea as it was in the "junk" folder.  I am not sure of the percentage of the failed follow through days. I can ask my friends at IBD though and post the answer on th morning report. The most important thing about the follow through day is no major rally has ever started without one and that is the significance.
