What are your thoughts on FIVN? Since contact center is going to have some revolution, I am hoping to get into this.

There is a reason Zoom Video wanted to buy this company. I am trying to figure out the reason. The company has seen decelerating sales and earnings growth for a few quarters. The fund ownership has been shrinking for the past few quarters. The stock is 29% off its high and trading below its 200dma. It has seen four waves of selling. Perhaps, one more and it can make a bottom?

What is trending downward can stay trending for a long time. I would not be in a hurry to buy this stock. There is plenty of competition in this space, and some competitors look more appealing to me.
