Leading Stock List Buy Points

Hello Marty - Being a new subscriber, I want to make sure I interpret your reports correctly so here is my question(s):

1.  Is the Leading Stock List also referred to as the "Conviction List"?
2. In reviewing the Buy Range, I am confused....is this where we should be buying?  For example, BUY RANGE: ISRG is near a buy point at $493.97....meanwhile, the stock Closed much higher @$542.00 -or VST shows a New Buy Point of $143.87 and closed at $159.84.
