Do No Trade Notice

In Yesterday's video you said you posted "Do Not Trade". Can you please explain what "chain of events" made you decide to write that note to one self? Thank you.

That was a note to myself for the day as I had two trades work against me yesterday. I just decided to walk my dog, and observe the action on Tuesday. The oil and gas stocks were being rewarded and that is typically not a pond like to fish.  CRWV is looking to bounce off its 21ema today, and that is on the ready list. I will take a a swing at that stock. We must be "in it to win it!"
