watch list and conviction list

Can you pls elaborate how I can use your watch list and conviction lists ( and any others), how often they get published. If possible, it would be good to place the current lists on your website. thanks.

The conviction lists are posted every Saturday, and those are longer-term leaders. The watch list is posted daily, and these are stocks that are near buy points or "actionable" and not necessarily long-term holds.
