This is my list from last weekend. I am currently making changes to these lists because there were some big changes in the markets this week. I am also going to pare them down a bit so we can focus on the best of the best merchandise... The shipping stocks are coming off as they are not performing, and that is good because they are inflationary.  Some of the technology stocks are too hot and need to cool off.  I will be posting a new list tomorrow.  These are the stocks that I mostly buy...

THE TECHNOLOGY CONVICTION LIST

I did not make nay changes this week as the market is in correction and we expect some damage to our leaders.

1.  NVDA           price July 9 $200.50

INDUSTRY: It designs graphics processing units (GPUs) for the gaming and professional markets, as well as system on a chip units (SoCs) for the mobile computing and automotive market.

BUY RANGE: Buy point is $207.33

COMMENT: This stock returns to its previous pivot area.

2.  GOOGL         Price July 9 $2510.37

INDUSTRY: This company has a myriad of products including a search engine, e-mail, cloud services, a web browser, and many others

BUY RANGE: Buy point is $2925.07

COMMENTS: The stock is holding up well, and closed 1.4% above its 10ema.

3. UPST added August 14 price $203.29

INDUSTRY: Upstart is a lending platform that connects loan applicants to lenders who can finance your loans and may offer those with fair/average credit favorable terms.

BUY RANGE: Extended

COMMENTS: This stock is a true market leader and closed Friday 1.5% above its 10ema.

4.  AMD             Price July 9 $90.90

INDUSTRY: manufacturing semiconductor devices used in computer processing. The company also produces flash memories, graphics processors, motherboard chip sets, and a variety of components used in consumer electronics goods.

BUY RANGE: Buy point $108.04

COMMENT This stock undercut its 50sma on September 20 and rallied back above that level. It closed Friday 1.5% below its 50sma.

5. AFRM    added September 18. price     $116.28

INDUSTRY:  Finance Credit Card Payment

Affirm is a loan company that allows users to buy goods or services offered by online merchants and pay off those purchases in fixed monthly payments. The benefit of using Affirm is they don’t charge late fees, service fees, prepayment fees, or any other hidden fees.

BUY RANGE: Buy point is $146.90

COMMENT: This stock is a leader and looks to make a new high soon.

6  NET       Price July 9 $108.97

INDUSTRY: Cloudflare, Inc. is an American web infrastructure and website security company that provides content delivery network and DDoS mitigation services. Cloudflare’s services sit between a website’s visitor and the Cloudflare customer’s hosting provider, acting as a reverse proxy for websites.

BUY RANGE $137.07 buy point

COMMENT: This stock sold off hard and rebounded quickly. It was up 21% last week.

7. ASAN price $75.70

10. PANW added September 25 $490.47

INDUSTRY: Palo Alto Networks offers an enterprise cybersecurity platform which provides network security, cloud security, endpoint protection, and various cloud-delivered security services.

BUY RANGE: This stock trades near a $495.92 buy point

COMMENTS: This stock has been a leader in the cybersecurity space since its most recent earnings report. It closed Friday 1.9% above its 10ema.

11. MSFT added August 7 $289.46

INDUSTRY: Computer Hardware/Software

Microsoft Corporation is a technology company. The Company develops and supports a range of software products, services, devices, and solutions. The Company’s segments include Productivity and Business Processes, Intelligent Cloud, and More Personal Computing.

BUY RANGE: Early entry buy point of $297.47

COMMENT: This stock closed Friday 1.1% above its 10ema. It is on the watch list.

12. ZS          Price July 9 $227.79

BUY RANGE It has a $293.44 buy point.

COMMENT The stock is 1.9% above its 50sma

13.    FTNT             Price July 9 $256.81

INDUSTRY: develops and sells cybersecurity solutions, including but not limited to physical products such as firewalls, plus software and services such as anti-virus protection, intrusion prevention systems and endpoint security components.

BUY RANGE: Buy point at $322.00

COMMENT: The stock closed Friday 2.0% above its 10ema

14.   SE          Price July 9 $275.70

INDUSTRY: Sea Limited is a consumer Internet company. The Company has developed an integrated platform consisting of digital entertainment, electronic commerce, and digital financial services. The Company operates three businesses Garena, Shopee, and SeaMoney.

15. SPT Sprout Social   added September 18    price $136.98

16. A Agilent

INDUSTRY: Agilent is a leader in life sciences, diagnostics and applied chemical markets. The company provides laboratories worldwide with instruments, services, consumables, applications and expertise, enabling customers to gain the insights they seek.

COMMENT: This stock plunged below its 50sma in heavy. volume. It closed 8.0% below its 50sma.

17. DDOG Added August 7, 2021 $131.92

INDUSTRY: Computer Software

Datadog is a monitoring and analytics tool for information technology (IT) and DevOps teams that can be used to determine performance metrics as well as event monitoring for infrastructure and cloud services. The software can monitor services such as servers, databases and tools.

BUY RANGE: $150.67 buy point

COMMENT: The stock closed 0.9% below its 10ema.

18. MRNA

INDUSTRY: Moderna is working to create mRNA medicines for a wide range of diseases and conditions. These include potential new mRNA medicines for treating infectious diseases, cancer, rare diseases and cardiovascular disease.

COMMENT: This stock plunged after the news from MRK on Friday.  It closed 23% below its 50sma

19. ISRG Intuitive Surgical

INDUSTRY:Medical Equipment

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. engages in the development, manufacture, and marketing of da Vinci Surgical Systems, and related instruments and accessories for invasive surgery. Its products include Da Vinci and Ion. The company was founded by Frederic H. Moll, John Gordon Freund, and Robert G. Younge in November 1995 and is headquartered in Sunnyvale, CA.

20. NOW Servicenow Price $590.68

THE NON-TECHNOLOGY CONVICTION LIST

There were many stocks that sold off last week. I am not making any changes until the markets give us some direction

INDUSTRY: Crocs is a company that distributes and once manufactured foam clog shoes. They make plastic or foam-based clogs that are produced for the comfort of a person. Crocs shoes are made from Croslite material. Shoes produced from Croslite are super comfortable.
